Shipping
Shipping to UK mainland only. Shipping is calculated by weight and will be dispatched from the studio within 1 -2 days of receiving payment. All items will be wrapped individually and packaged with care. In the rare event of an accident occurring during delivery, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery so I can work with you to rectify the issue.
Returns
Returns are accepted 14 days after delivery. I do not cover the cost of returns. Please ensure the items are packaged well before they are sent back - any broken items will not be eligible for refund. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any commissions, personalised work or seconds cannot be refunded.
