A little piece of pottery with a lot of meaning…
Some projects mean a little more than others, and this is one of them.
Having loved ones who have experienced cancer, I feel incredibly grateful to be able to share my passion for pottery - to support the work of Lingen Davies Cancer Support - a regional charity dedicated to supporting people before, during and after cancer.
Each mug is individually handmade in my studio at Maws Craft Centre in Ironbridge, featuring the Titty Trail design in a vibrant orange glaze — chosen to represent the strength, courage and spirit of the women taking part.
I hope that these mugs will become more than just something to drink from, but a little keepsake of the trail — bringing joy and reminding people of the day, the people they shared it with, and the loved ones they carry with them. I hope that, each time a mug is used, it brings back those memories and a reminder of what the Titty Trail helped to achieve.
It means a lot to me to be able to play a small part in supporting Lingen Davies and helping to raise money for such an important cause.
